An article published yesterday on Property Industry Eye reported that 51% of buyers said they had experienced losing out on an initial property viewing because the property had gone under offer between them scheduling the viewing and actually making it through the front door.

Whilst this isn’t always a practical solution for every property we market and in such a fast-moving market, there will always be a few potential purchasers who may miss out, but we do everything we can to ensure it doesn’t reach the levels of 51% reported in the article.
